In this 2 hour workshop we will learn how to turn our world up-side-down. Warming up with Asana and safely taking a step-by-step learning into our headstand practise. Combatting fear, building strength and engagement.
Depending on time and ability tackling Headstand, Tripod Headstand, Crow to Tripod and Wide Legged Forward Fold to Tripod. In this workshop you will leave with the knowledge of how to master Headstand, its benefits and contraindications.
This class in not for you if you suffer from high blood pressure, glaucoma, eye problems or neck problems.
