Week 2 Yogic way of life ‘Ashtangas’, Standing Poses
Week 3 Chakras, Twisting Poses
Week 4 Koshas, Forward Folds & Backbends
Week 5 Bandhas, Dristi, Inversions

 

An immersive Yoga Foundation Course, learning and experiencing ancient Yogic practises.

This course is for anybody wanting to understand more about Yoga and its philosophy. Perhaps you want to use this knowledge to prepare you for a Teacher Training Course or simply want to deepen your practise. Suitable for all physical abilities with adjustments and options to suit everyone. No previous experience is necessary, in fact the best reason to take this course is if you are not flexible or find coping with stress difficult.

Every week we practice Yoga, breakdown Poses, learn Mantra, practise different Pranayama & Meditation techniques and cover a different topic of Yogic philosophy.

Learn how to live with yourself and others in peace, acceptance and find your path to wellness, good health and happiness. Come away with a strong daily Yoga practise to balance your mind and body, feel calm and help cope with life ups and downs.

On completion of the full course students will receive a Power Flow Yoga Foundation Certificate.
