Online and from 25th July in-person classes. Daily Yoga classes include: Power Flow Yoga & Gentle Yoga for strength, both suitable for beginners, Sattva Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga for those that prefer flexibility & relaxation. All styles are designed to lead you to calm, quietening the body & mind.
All classes are full of energy radiating from our collective breath & movement, flexing, toning and strengthening the body.
From 25th July, I can visit your home/office/care home, or you can come to my home studio in W10 London. Until then, most private Yoga classes are online or outside with social distancing, either the park or the privacy of your garden.

Not only was the content great (as always), the transitions from 1 section of the class to the next – warm up, power, stretch, wind down & breathing – are underpinned with subtle changes in appropriate music. Very skilfully done, to subliminally signal a transition, then support the unfolding action – as in superb theatre!

I enjoyed (and indeed benefitted) from the last couple of Seated Yoga sessions you taught. I suffer with a Charcot foot, diabetes and pernicious anemia and the exercises you showed us certainly increased circulation in my feet and hands. In addition the breathing exercise helped to calm me and hopefully if I can remember them they will certainly be beneficial to my (and other sufferers’) complaints.
I have never done so much yoga, I used to practise twice a week (last 10 years) but your online yoga in lockdown has led to a daily practise. I am more flexible than ever and I am getting a stronger core, I am really enjoying learning more.
It has done wonders or my overall well-being and focus, I also use the breathing techniques regularly.
Paul is a really friendly instructor and makes everyone feel welcome. He’s also encouraging and challenging. His classes are an excellent workout and he often tries to introduce new elements to keep it varied. The Yoga Nidra guided meditation at the end is also really good. I can’t recommend his classes enough. We’ve been going weekly for almost a year and we’re totally hooked.
I am a long-time sufferer of Multiple Sclerosis and since I have attended Pauls class I have improved fantastically. I recommend his Seated Yoga class to anyone else suffering from MS or the general aches and pains of old age. Go regularly and I’d hope they make the same progress I have made.
Paul is a great yoga teacher- he pays attention to everyone in the class and talks you through each position to ensure every single muscle is engaged and doing the right thing. His attention to detail is excellent. The eclectic music he plays throughout makes the classes even more enjoyable.
It’s a local class with a great mix of high energy movement and really relaxing breathing techniques. I have seen my strength and flexibility improve through Paul’s classes. I really recommend trying a class.
