Mindful Meditation
This meditation is designed to train your focus, encouraging you to be mindful and aware/awake. Most of us walk around with our mind’s constant chatter trying to predict the future or re-make the past. This meditation helps us see that we are not the mind, the mind is simply another tool for us to use when we please. Master mindfulness and you will be truly alive, truly living life to it’s fullest.
