We have many Yoga classes available for you to practise whenever suits you. Just let us know the style of Yoga you want to book: Gentle Yoga, Power Flow Yoga, Super Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yin & Yang Yoga or Seated Yoga. We will send you your password for the day/days you choose to practise. The weekly all inclusive Class Pass unlocks all the classes and all the styles. You can practise as many times as you wish for the whole day/week or live online at the usual time. Simply pay as usual, or use your class pass.
We have mixed the high quality original soundtrack into the class to enhance your experience. Listen in stereo with no zoom internet connection issues.

ASMR Meditation is a mix of ASMR triggers and Tantric meditation such as: Humming, Kriya and Yoga Nidra. All targeted at sensitising, re-wiring and relaxing the brain. The class is very meditative and not at all physical. Wearing headphones throughout the class serves two purposes: To increase the effects of ASMR and to dull any external noises making meditation easier. The whole class is whispered in your ears which is a powerful ASMR trigger.
All you need for these meditations are headphones, a place to sit and a place to lay down. If you want to know more about ASMR and the Tantric Meditations used I have recorded a video here where I have explained them in more detail.

We have many different meditations available for you to practice. All start with a breathing exercise (Pranayama) and lead into a concentration technique to take you into meditation. These meditations have no music to enable you to go deeper. Simply play whenever you are ready. Perhaps you like to meditate in the morning, evenings, on your commute or whenever you can fit it into your day. Our suggestion is to choose one and stick with it for one month. If it is not for you then find another.
